With nearly 100 years Controls and Automation

for many different applications. Yamatake offers the smallest,
most advanced 16th DIN PID controller in the world - the SDC15.
With specialized control algorithms tailored for specific
types of heating strategies, overshoot and oscillations due
to load introduction, temperature drops, and fast responding
heaters are minimized. Yamatake offers standard DIN size panel
mount controls as well as distributed multi-loop control modules
designed for space saving and wire reductions that prove to
reduce system assembly time and cost. Yamatake also offers
turnkey control panel and control system designs that include
heaters, power controls, and everything else needed to control
the complete system.

Yamatake's Mass Flow Technology has been built
around the MicroFlow Sensor. This Sensor on a chip solution
provides a extremely quick response time and is unaffected
by temperature and pressure oscillations. With integrated
digital display and remote communications, Mass Flow Controls
and Meters provide excellent performance for Non-Aggressive
Gases including Air, Nitrogen, Argon, Oxygen, Carbon dioxide,
City gas(LNG), Methane, Propane, Butane, Hydrogen, Helium,
Ammonium, Acetylene, Hydrogen Sulfide, Ethylene oxide gas
- (Contact Us for other gas types available). Gas types can
be switched remotely through communications or via the digital
display and interface.
