The V-3000 series of miniature switches features excellent tracking resistance and utilize a special thermosetting resin
in the switch's case and cover. Applications these are used
in where high temperatures are required include microwave ovens, electronic jars, hot water heater-storage pots, and dishwashers. Applications where tracking resistance is required include refrigerators, washing machines, and household water heaters. Amperage ratings of the SPDT contacts range from 21 amps to 100 milliamps. UL/C-UL approvals have been received on most listings. Operating temperature rating of 120 degrees C, mechanical life expectancy of 10 million cycles, and minimum electrical life of 2 million cycles make this series truly useful in certain applications. Various actuators and terminal shapes are available.
